Here at Zenithpeople we take the privacy of all our candidates and clients very seriously and aim to safeguard that privacy at all times by following specific procedures in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
How Data is Collected?
Data collected by the company is done so via application forms at registration, candidates submitting their Cv's, or applications for specific jobs via our website ( a simple form with only contact details or the option to submit your CV)
All data is collected for the sole purpose of providing a personal and professional recruitment service and to inform you of any opportunity or services related to recruitment.
Accuracy and relevancy
We rely on you to ensure that the information, which you provide, is wholly accurate and up to date. We will ensure that it is recorded in an accurate manner and will also contact you regularly to ensure that your information is up to date. If any of your details change you must contact us as soon as possible. By employment law we are required to keep your data for 12 months after which time if we have no contact with you, we will remove all details from our database and systems.
Security
Zenith takes the security of all systems extremely seriously. All information is held on a secure server and access to your data is limited to employees of Zenith whose role it is to process data in order to provide the recruitment service. Firewall and virus softwares are in place to prevent unauthorised access to databases and checks on procedure are regularly made to ensure tightest security at all times.
Disclosure
We will not disclose any data we keep about you to third parties unless it is required to facilitate the recruitment service we offer, or where the law requires it. We would request your explicit consent before disclosing it in any other situation.
Transfer of Data
Should there ever be an occasion to transfer your data outside of the European Economic Area we would first request your explicit consent. We would also ensure that the country in question has an adequate level of security for that data.
